Salvatore is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity HR Consulting, Inc. In addition to formulating the firm’s vision and overall strategic direction, he provides consulting services to clients and oversees the services of the firm’s team of talented Consultants. Dr. Robin (Rob) Weinstein
Dr. Weinstein brings immense, diversified experience and thought leadership to Trinity’s clients. Rob has a unique perspective to organizational challenges. This stems from his diverse career track. In addition, he teaches multiple courses in the school’s human resources management program. He also served as the Pastor of a southern NJ church while also being in the academic world.

Dr. Lynda Fuller
Dr. Fuller brings Trinity clients thirty years of business management experience in both the academic and corporate worlds. This blend of academic and corporate experiences enables her to offer solutions that reflect Trinity’s approach of balancing best practices and pragmatism.
Lynda’s experience at Wilmington University within the College of Business has included overseeing the undergraduate programs, serving as the Business Management Chair, and Coordinator of Internships. Lynda has taught Business Management courses in the areas of leadership, supervision, business communication, and organizational behavior. Her corporate experience includes various areas of business management.
Lynda specializes in services relating to the management of people, an organization’s most valuable asset. Services include the development and presentation of individualized training workshops and the development and revision of policy and procedures manual, including employee handbooks. From a customer service perspective, she realizes no two companies have the same customer service needs. Customer needs require a thorough needs analysis of customer service processes. She has worked with profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as small to large sized companies.

Kathleen Sholinsky
Kathleen’s twenty-five+ years of management level experience in Benefits (Health & Welfare Plans and Retirement Plans) and Compensation is a very valuable resource for Trinity clients. Her experience includes working in multiple sectors, including:

She has worked in organizations as varied as small companies and those as large corporations with 120,000 employees. This gives her a broad view of the needs of disparate organizations.
Most recently, prior to becoming part of the Trinity Team, Kathleen served as Corporate Manager, Health & Welfare Administration for Northrop Grumman. Her prior experience has included management roles with:

She is a polished presenter to both management and employees. A hands-on practitioner, Kathleen conducts national webinars of various Benefits subjects and has in-depth practical knowledge of:

Kathleen has a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the State University of NY (SUNY) at New Platz.
In addition to this, Kathleen serves on the Human Resources Committee for a Philadelphia not-for-profit organization that supports refugees. She also conducts national webinars on various matters related to Benefits Management.
Dr. Joseph Bucci
Dr. Bucci brings an impressive combination of academic and corporate experience to Trinity’s clients. His educational background is a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, a Master of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Business, Leadership and Information Systems Department at Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA). In this capacity he teaches a mixture of Business, Leadership and Human Resources courses. He was previously an Assistant Professor in Management at Geneva College (Beaver Falls, PA). Overall, Dr. Bucci has twenty years of experience as a college educator. Prior to becoming an educator, Dr. Bucci gained over twenty years of corporate experience in various HR leadership roles.
